  • Firts day:

    We will begin to explore the coast of Puglia with its sand dunes and its rocks “sweet and smoothed.” Will ride in the area behind the dunes enjoying the views of the turquoise sea and the breeze from Puglia.

    Distance: about 34.5 km

    Vertical drop: 160 mt

    Difficulty: easy, on secondary paved roads and gravel roads.


    Second day:

    We move to Fasano to explore Trullandia with its limestone hills, its stone walls that surround ancient oaks and precious vine yards, its shining white towns that wrap around themselves like hedgehogs. Stop in Locorotondo for a short visit and then ahead to the world heritage area of Unesco: Alberobello. After an inevitable visit to symbol of Trulli the countryside.

    Distance: about 37.5 km

    Vertical drop: 490 mt

    Difficulty: medium easy, on secondary paved roads.


    Third day:

    Today we move to Cisternino to start pedaling and “get lost” in the narrow, winding cobbled streets and enclosed by white limestone walls of ancient buildings. Ahead to Ostuni which overlooks the rocky and sandy coastline as well as the crystal clear.

    Distance: 37 km

    Vertical drop: 560 mt

    Difficulty: easy or medium difficulty, on paved roads and a small part on gravel roads.


    Fourth day:

    Today we can explore with our bikes the suggestive, secular and silver-green Apulian olive groves which set off the white limestone dry walls. We’ll get to the wonderful Castellana Caves and it’s possible on its own to visit the forest of stalactites and stalagmites inside them. Then ahead to Putignano which is well known for artistic carnival floats.

    Distance: 26 km or 54 km

    Vertical drop: 240 meters or 490 meters

    Difficulty: medium, on paved roads and partly unpaved.


    Fifht day:

    Along the amazing coastline we’ll cycle to the wreck of the turkish merchant stranded like a giant whale on the fine sand and sharp rocks of the Apulian coast. Ahead to the marine protected area of Torre Guaceto to breathe a bit ‘of infinity that offers us this green tip protracted in the Adriatic Sea.

    Distance: 35 km

    Vertical drop: 230 mt

    Difficulty: medium easy, on secondary paved roads and partly unpaved.
