Stop in Locorotondo for a short visit and then ahead to the world heritage area of Unesco: Alberobello. After an inevitable visit to symbol of Trulli the countryside.

Today we move to Cisternino to start pedaling and “get lost” in the narrow, winding cobbled streets and enclosed by white limestone walls of ancient buildings. Ahead to Ostuni which overlooks the rocky and sandy coastline as well as the crystal clear.

Difficulty: easy or medium difficulty, on paved roads and a small part on gravel roads.
Today we can explore with our bikes the suggestive, secular and silver-green Apulian olive groves which set off the white limestone dry walls. We’ll get to the wonderful Castellana Caves and it’s possible on its own to visit the forest of stalactites and stalagmites inside them. Then ahead to Putignano which is well known for artistic carnival floats.

Along the amazing coastline we’ll cycle to the wreck of the turkish merchant stranded like a giant whale on the fine sand and sharp rocks of the Apulian coast. Ahead to the marine protected area of Torre Guaceto to breathe a bit ‘of infinity that offers us this green tip protracted in the Adriatic Sea.
