Jean Claude Pucci
I grew up in the countryside near the sea in Livorno. I was brought up in a french way since my gran father’s family was from Haut Provence but i heard my gran mother singing Spanish songs for children cause she was born in Buenos Aires. As a child I used to run away from home at night to explore the woods and fields around us accompanied by my dog. I studied the wolfs for a while that live in the forests of Appennine. My first commitment as licensed official guide was 28 years ago on foot and 22 on bicycle and it wasn’t just out of love of nature but because I needed to share my mother nature experience with like minded and non like minded people. As a guide i traveled with people throughout Italy, Provence, Kamtchatka, Iceland and New Zealand. I’m continuing my studies by attending an intenational master’s degree in neuroscience at the University of Pisa. I love skimountaineering and freediving but i still mainly do the job of guiding. I speak mainly german, english and italian. I live with my wife somewhere on the mountain side of Tuscany.
